      Stability & Growth: Over the last 10 years, I've felt secure in my role and have had opportunities to learn new skills and move internally. Work-Life Balance: The company respects personal time and offers good flexibility, which has been important to me over the years. Benefits: The benefits package (healthcare) is very competitive compared to other tech companies. Meaningful Work: It feels good to work on products that actually make a difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      As with any large global organization, things can sometimes move slowly. Getting approvals for new tools or budget can occasionally be bureaucratic.
