      Pros

      I tell anyone who asks. I've always enjoyed what I do and the people I work with. Motorola has a culture derived from its family origins, and the sense of purpose that comes from supporting those who serve is second only to serving yourself.

      Cons

      I could have made more money job hopping with integrators and consulting firms, but in the end preferred the stability of a company that values their talent.
