      Work from home, work from home, work from home. I love the flexible work options that are really fantastic

      Cons

      Many areas are very limited to advancement based on who you know, not how well you do your job. Also they removed performance ratings in favor of keeping extra bonus money in the hands of the few the bosses know well.
