      Pros

      Enjoyed working with some very talented people and was able to add to my skillset. Salary and benefits were very good but not outstanding. Flexible working hours and remote access made it worth it.

      Cons

      Advancement seems to be non-existent. Did not replace people when there were staff reductions but instead spread numerous responsibilities to remaining staff, making it difficult to meet deadlines on other projects.

      People, Customers, Established Business and Marketplace make this a very exciting and dynamic business to be in. Even though has been around for over 75 years, company keeps changing and adapting to new challenges.

      Cons

      Large companies can be difficult at times to navigate all the people needed to get the job done.
