Pros
No office politics, low pressure, people are easy-going, the campus is very beautiful
Cons
Employees are normally not young, i.e. no passion. They are woking here just for a bread-breeding, and nobody seems to think of any big thing. There is not many creative idea in your work, the company just need you to deliver on time, they not require new ideas.
