      Pros

      Great place to work culture. Lots of team building sessions, celebrations and farewells. Open door culture where you can express your opinions. Relatively flat org process wise where teams are empowered to resolve issues at the team level. Good passdown communication from town halls or department meetings. Good benefits and even redundancy packages. Solid processes where six sigma was pioneered.

      Cons

      Can be more dynamic with roadmaps and forecasted planning for better visibility at team level.

The teams are filled with talented and genuinely helpful people who make coming to work enjoyable. Opportunities for Growth: Over the past five years, I've been given numerous opportunities to take on new challenges and expand my skill set. My managers have always been supportive of my professional development and have trusted me with significant tasks that have helped me grow. Work-Life Balance: The company truly values work-life balance. The flexible schedule and remote work options have allowed me to manage my personal and professional life effectively, which is something I deeply appreciate. Leadership and Vision: The leadership team is transparent and has a clear vision for the future of the company. It's inspiring to see the company's growth and to feel like I am a part of that journey.
