      Ease of on boarding, excellent internal tools, good communication from Management and team

      Cons

      Complexity of infrastructure - can be confusuing to navigate through all the various tools - No centralized tool to learn more about the products, in the sales space it would be great to have a centralized platform that we can make use of to learn about the products, how they work, how we need to position them etc.
