      - Good match of RRSP - Good place to grow or start the career - Learned a lot, Not only the backend development, but also testing, infrastructure, devops, system design etc.

      Cons

      - Lack in management transparency - Often organizational change, reorg - Unstable - Uncompetitive salary

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate.       No cons except maybe the full-time return process is on a rolling basis as positions open which can kind of be hard for rising seniors

      Best Large Corporation I've Worked For

      Pros

      Extremely fair, encouraging and fun culture, no commission caps (they want their sales people to make great money), family first mindset is widely seen and felt, significant investment in resources to not just do the job but excel in it, solid leadership throughout, not afraid to make changes in order to better position ourselves for success, and at the end of the day, I do feel truly valued. Benefits are incredible.

      Cons

      Lots of products means that sometimes there is some internal competition. Can sometimes be a little disconnected with regard to Product Development. It's a big ship, and while it's incredibly versatile considering it's size, it's still not as agile as a smaller company. They're looking for high performers, which is never a bad thing, but sometimes there's a higher level of churn simply due to the reality that some people just aren't up for the fast paced environment.
