Pretty laid-back scheduling, can adjust according to your needs, work tasks not something from another world, great networking opportunities.

Cons

Can get really slow at times, deal with a whole variety of customers that sometimes to manage to test your patience.

Pros

It's not a hard job. There's decent opportunity for advancement. The discount is okay, I've had better employee discounts at previous employers.

Cons

Retail sucks. Modell's is constantly changing their pricing, and they have a Kohl's-like attitude about returns. The associate uniform is ugly and stupid. Mo's thinks its professional looking, but it's just nerdy, and not at all athletic. Unrealistic goals are constantly set for store management by upper management, making the job frustrating.
