Corporate part of Modell's can be a burden on you. They have regional managers or representatives from corporate that come in and check on the store. Some of them can be nice and understanding, but others can be really nasty.

Great Comp days with 6 day work weeks. Weekends off just great and understanding management.

Cons

They seem to be back and forth with company directives and it seems a lot of time and payroll are wasted on nothing.

Cool place to start off in retail. Cool staff. Nice place ok discounts at time good sales on sporting goods

Cons

Not enough hours. Not enough stability too many short shifts. Slow seasons good hours don't last long
