      Floor operation never goes to plan Low pay compare Mostly composed with inexperienced/bad manager Picking other associate slack And once in a while that one annoying customer that you have to deal with. Business relies heavily on the city's teams

      Flexible hours. Co-workers are nice and know how to have fun while working and being professional.

      Manager is rude. Managers do not know how to treat the employees. They embarrased them in front of customers.

      Fun customers, other associates are fun, union.

      Cons

      Inconsistent work rules from store to store, no chain of command past store level, upper level (starting at district) is unlikely to want to hear your concerns. No process for conflict resolution, one mistake policy.
