Pros

-Great associates -Good experience for a teenager’s first job -Great for anyone looking to learn about sports/working out. -Learn some good information about clothing/shoes (useful if you like fashion)

Cons

-Not enough hours -Low pay -All members of management tend to be on completely different pages because of the lack of communication. -No structure or discipline in store 47 (Nanuet,Ny) or store 94 (West Nyack,Ny). Associates are only held accountable for breaking the phone policy. Dress code was broken everyday unless we were expecting a visit. -Low discount (Only 20% off regular merchandise) -Entry level managers are often being taken advantage of. -A lot of managers are racism/prejudice and they don’t care that it’s obvious.
