Employee discount, small store, items are easy to find for customers

Cons

Disrespectful management no patience with new employees, don't put someone on register by themselves as the only cashier on a weekend on there 3rd day working at the store. No phone rule is ridiculous because emergencies happen I have mine anyways. More training. If your going to hire someone as a footwear associate keep that job description as that's what the associate wanted and accepted the offer as and not just switch it to POS every shift.

It is a great store to work in, you learn all departments daily routines, you get a chance to interact a lot with customers to build your customer service skills,

too much work less break time, break time should be reconsidered when you have staff working 8-9 hours a day.
