It’s honestly a place where race places a big role on how you are treated. How many hours amongst other things as well. All the hispanics are all lovey dovey towards eachother, which could be counted as sexual harassment but I digress, if you’re anything other than hispanic, you’ll be treated like an outcast and be stereotyped for whatever race they think you are. It sucks not having a sense of unity in one the greater performing stores, but if the sales are high the employees don’t really matter, right?
