      Pros

      Most comfortable I felt in the last 5 jobs I've had. Very friendly people, and lots of events, like lunch, conferences, etc.

      Cons

      Sometimes If you work with a very large client at the firm, and that client takes away the hours it provides on projects, it can be quite difficult to find billable hours elsewhere to make up for it.

      - Strong, supportive, inclusive culture. - Decent amount of autonomy and flexibility in performance of job functions. - Competitive benefits package for both attorneys and business professionals.

      Cons

      - Despite being a large, multi-office law firm, each office tends to operate in a silo; although, the mid-level and new upper management that has been, and continues to be, installed is working to modernize the multi-office culture. - The firm is significantly behind in aligning with comparable law firms with respect to paraprofessional compensation and resources; however, management is working to address this and modernize the paraprofessional services structure and resources at the firm.
