There are no pros to working in this firm.

Cons

I strongly recommend all minority applicants to apply elsewhere. This place engages in discriminatory hiring practices that project harmful stereotypes on candidates, and the mediocre MANAGERS brag about not paying attention during meetings. Overall a terrible environment to work and their bragging about their diversity is entirely performative. Stay away!

Lunch stipend is helpful, office is attractive and easy to commute to.

Cons

You can't believe anything anyone tells you. I observed quiet layoffs, ageism, incompetent middle management. My experience was disappointing.
