Generous benefits. Interesting cases. There are some very compassionate people. Mintz tries not to lay people off during difficult times.

Cons

There are some people who get staffed on cases because they are bffs with certain partners or senior associates. Unfortunately these people often don’t understand the particular area of law and bill to get caught up. This is a problem when there is a limited amount of money to spend on a case. There are many cliques.
