fun customers and coworkers and honestly the products aren't that bad. hour long lunch break

Cons

I've never seen such a disorganized work environment. The upper management is a joke they don't know anything about working in a store and expect insane amounts of work from you. They continue to hire and defend incompetent and at times dangerous managers (not just one location but many). The store policies change so rapidly you never know how to do your job. NO EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT

Visual merchandising you learn about each and every detail. Miniso brings in new products and goods every month, small, cute, attractive and premium products, can't hold your wallet to get empty. Candles, diffusers, and perfumes are the top selling and premium products, Miniso categories wide range of products and they offer incentives They bring in amazing collabs every 6 months recently One Piece, Harry Potter, Barbie, BT21 most wanted products in trends and Miniso is Trend catching, cute and all in all repeat customers and foot traffic is terrific and amazing quality of products.

Cons

Environment is a rollercoaster ride sometimes you have good teams or staff vice versa personally I didn't like to work as staffs have rude behaviour towards customer and other staff working always degradation and looking to fight you .Customer attitude may hurt your feelings. Shoplifting is very common, very difficult to stop or catch them.
