Pros

I was under Lyuba in London- pretty nice work environment. Sure, there's expectations, but that's a given. Even had a gathering over pizza by the CEO and Area Manager after a long day of work. Cool people. Had doughnuts one time too. And drinks. The COO's a pretty cool guy too- helped around. All in all, it was a good experience for me.

Cons

The visual merchandising is something to get your head around. Other than that... not many cons I can recall. There was one manager could've been more mannered, but I was only with her for a few days in training.

- Hires someone even if no merch experience as long as you are willing to learn - Teammates are reliable and willing to teach you since you cant expect that to the management

Cons

- High pressure from the upper management - No program / application used for buying or replenishment. Very manual computation - No bonuses, only government-mandated benefits - Yari ka kung ikaw ang "bunot" of the day ng management - expects you to answer messages even during weekends
