Cons

No prices on products so you have to price check items for customers even when there is a visible price tag on the shelf or peg. No heads up on shipments. Management expects you to push all of shipment out within 2-5 days within receiving yet only schedule at most, 3 people to work so you constantly have to keep an eye out on the register. Works you to the bone, pays minimum wage. Passive aggressive higher ups.

I was fired from my job without being told. I didn’t find out until i discovered I was removed from the work group chat and my Ento profile had been disabled.

Easy job and cute stuff in store

Cons

High turn over and they don’t value employees. Ask you to go above and beyond outside your duties and have no work life balance for a PART TIME position. Often have to open and close the store alone. They say they will back pay for hours missed on ADP but I never got paid. Corporate members treat you like trash when they do store visit and make you clean up after their mess and blame you for the mess. I worked outside of my duties as manager when our manager quit and they didn’t pay me for the extra work I did nor would consider me for full time management position. Crazy.
