The Store Managers are nice and willingly to help you get through a tough day at work.

Cons

There is currently no benefit in placed for Miniso. They say they are working on it because they are new, but that is their answer for everything so I really don't know how reliable they are. I have lost absolute faith with this company. Goodbye Forever.

make friends, bond over how awful you are being treated by management and higher ups

Cons

No opportunities to grow, rude management, dirty staff rooms, rat infested, dirty bathrooms, unhygienic, head office come in and pretend you don’t exist and don’t even greet you, fired for speaking up about conditions, if rats peed on the food we still sell it to customers, minimum wage, no recognition for hard work, lazy management, make customers feel forced to buy things, pressure them into spending more, follow customers around and tell them to buy more
