Pros
Coworkers usually have similiar interests and are super nice The store is clean and organized Pretty to look at
Cons
1. Upper management does not care , you can't report anything to hr cause it NEVER goes higher than district manager. I've reported my boss on multiple occasions and district manager makes excuses cause she's basically in love with the manager 2. Store layout and company policy's change faster than ability to complete task or adapt . Oh they want you to switch the store completely around by Tuesday ? Okay perfect , on Wednesday morning it's all wrong and there is a new layout. 3. People's hours are cut simply due to favoritism 4. There is no "training@ unless you count lectures or required meetings held 3 hours before the store even opens as a form of punishment to any stores that don't preform to their intense standards. 5. We are expected to stay in uniform but extremely unprofessional management will show up in jelly shoes and a blanket hoodie. 6. If you did good expect to be torn down to shreds . Nothings perfect or even decently okay even if you don't have the product to fulfill what they wish of you. 7. There is so much more but compared to any retail job trust me, it's not worth it- even as cute as it is
