-Low salary but upper management thinks they have offered way more than other company would of offered.
-"Opportunity" is what they will tell you to lure you in and you will regretted and realized you have made a huge mistake the moment you start working for them.
-“We are a brand new starting up company" is the answer for every questions/ concerns you have and expect you to simply put your faith in their empty promise. What they failed to understand is that there are lots of starting up company who has benefits and procedure in place before hiring but they are not one of them.
-No bonus structure.
-No work/ life balance. Upper management expect you to work overtime without any sort of compensation in place and shows no appreciation when you do. They may also message you for last minute meeting or decisions changes on group chat at late night and expected you to read and respond.
-Employment contract seems poorly constructed and not legitimate.
-No statute holiday paid nor day off compensation for salary based co-worker.
-No respect from the upper management.
-Upper management does not communicated well and unorganized.
