The brand itself is great. The product line is amazing & quality is fantastic. The International Operations & Logistics department people are very helpful & truly passionate.

Cons

In Miniso Bangladesh, it's all about blame-games. Very demotivating. The MD kills the spirit too work by never appreciating. Nothing is enough. You might even forget what you were capable of let alone learning something new because of the way they put you down.
