Great colleagues, great experience to serve and help customers find our products easily, as well as inform them of our new arrivals and promotions.

Cons

Attending to multiple customers at the same time can be stressful. Training is not provided and you learn as what the others do in the store.

cheap and cute products, so many newly launched stores with great market opportunities.

Cons

The family company, terrible organizational structure. Lack of communication between stores and head offices, so many operational issues got delayed for weeks. And yeah, they do expect you to work overtime without paying you anything.
