Most co-workers are friendly and welcoming

Cons

No real training (supervisor talked to me for less than 5 min to tell me what to do) No benefits for part timers (not even a small discount for purchases) Unorganized work hours (sometimes *being told* not being asked to come in early a couple hours before original shift)

Since i work in miniso they have 2 days off in a week but now miniso required staffs 1 days off which is work 6 days in a week plus salary no increment!!! i been working in miniso about 1 year reason i left miniso because company never treat us like a human being and boss required a lot things
