He is not looking for people to work with, but to be his slave. He speaks no respect nor knowledge of any kind. He especially disrespect women and other races. He makes all decisions, micro manage everything but takes no responsibilities on any outcome. He cares only for himself yet he is looking for loyalty. He loves to make empty promises and lies, so you will keep on working for him. He doesn't care about America laws nor human rights. As he worked you to the last breath you have, he toss you like a piece of trash.
The COO forgot this is America not China.
