1. Makes staff pay for shortage of cash (which is illegal) 2. Very unfair rostering system where store manage give more hours to people they favour (especially those who can speak their own language) 3. Always complaining and giving negative comments about staff, never ever provide encouragement and support to help staff grow. 4. Very political work culture 5. Expect all staff to check Wechat (a communication platform app) 24/7 and acknowledge all the important messages sent even if you are not working on that day.
