Some of the managers are very nice and understanding your thought and working culture,

HR management don’t know the actual meaning of “HR”, they are not that much educated to handle this position. If any of reason someone’s have issue with management so HR will help “management” to remove that parson who is having issue, instead of solving the issue😂.
