- Rude an disrespectful managers that are expected to train you, however, have no qualifications in being a trainer - Rude customers that expect you to be experts in products, but the workers are even ruder - Bad management/HR that has no care for their staff - All communication is through a social media app called WeChat in which it is not taken seriously and is a platform that aids in bullying in the workplace - Higher management staff that is inefficient in English and exudes racist behaviour - Overall a poor company that lacks values and I do not recommend working here, and that's that on that
