Language barrier with upper management and HQ support staff. Impossible to achieve sales targets. Constant changing of VM rules and Operation rules. Extremely poor communication. Blunt and rude upper management

Coworkers were nice and appointed leads were understanding and accommodating

Cons

Managers are absolutely insane. They had me writing up shift schedules as a regular cashier and taking up managerial tasks without the pay nor the proper title. The pay is also garbage.
