      Upper managment is disrepectful to store workers and overall disorganized

      Merch is interesting and had a wide variety, Co-workers,

      Upper management was disrespectful, apathetic, not supportive, expected too much from store. No inventory organization(created and managed it myself), price changes would happen on a weekly/monthly basis and we wouldn't always be notified. Reps would come to review store and wouldn't offer any constructive criticism, only negatives. Merch quality questionable at times, some items looking like knock offs. Was told our store was closing the day before our 'Store Closing' sales started(and wasn't given the proper signage for it until a few days after).

      Growing start-up vibe under new management

      Pros

      I was hired early 2019 after the company went through a recent management team change - former COO is no longer in the picture and the new regime seems younger and pretty open-minded with testing new strategies. Departments are friendly and collaborative, it's been frankly a positive experience here so far.

      Cons

      Internal procedure and work flow are frequently updated or revised, which is understandable given the new management team and a young company, can be a bit frustrating at times with some lack of information from predecessors.
