- Unprofessional company owned by Chinese, managed by Chinese in Chinese culture like the absolute monarchy bossy, orderly, tricky.
- Company standards came from 1 person or 2 people. What ever they like they called standard! Once they don't like anymore they changed it. If your opinion isn't get along with they will start point you out and make you feel uncomfortable then throw you away.
- Company is only focusing on money and profit from franchisees. They never respect or support people who are making money from them. Staff is just labour.
- Management is sucks and mess up. There is high political in the company.
- Lots of work but less people, you will feel exhausted and tired every day. If you have done good job it doesn't mean anything but if you made mistake even once they will blame you. They also expect you to work more than what you're supposed to do.
- Boss and manament team have no manners. They keep calling people at night, midnight, day off and holiday. The company is using WeChat as a majority terminal to communicate with staff. Everyone supposted to acknowledge whatever they post on the WeChat and have to answer all the time.
-Shift is unstable, depending on the budget that HR give to each store. Everyone except the store manager is part time staff. Even if you applied for full time you will never get 38hrs. Company always reduce labour budget because they want to save cost but want you to work more.
