HQ kept calling us to change designs of displays saying they didn't like it, after telling us to do it a certain way.

Coworkers were nice and easy to work with - best part of my job. Loved working with them.

Cons

Upper management and HQ tend to like micromanaging and setting unrealistic and unattainable goals, and HQ in China tend to change rules and promotions overnight with very little warning. Sometimes promotions will happen mid-day in the middle of transactions, which upsets both the customers and fellow employees.

Cons

Bad management. Manager forced me to work extra time when I supposed to get off work.
