Cons

Work overload, overtime, extremely high KPI on sales without supports. Toxic work culture, no respectation and appreciation to employees. You will never work at somewhere else worse than Miniso.

I got to know more about foreign products. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We often hung out after work.

Cons

There are some discount periods when a lot of people comes. Some month end discounts are up to 70% so everything gets sold and the staff gets very busy.
