Staff members were very friendly and supportive environment among one another.

Cons

Company management is not flexible, do take much feedbacks from staff's experience, we had no staff benefits, they set stricts goals.

I liked working at Miniso because they always had a very flexible schedule and they could always work with me if ever I had to rearrange my schedule for life matters.

Cons

My experience wasn't so great. The supervisor picks favorites and gives the staff more or less hours depending on whether they personally liked the employee or not, which was not at all professional.
