Quite independent when make management decision in subsidiary overseas. lots of knowledge can be applied in store retail business, knowledge beyond Accounting, e.g. research method.

welfare are not standardised. e.g. you could share bed room with colleagues, (same gender). no mater your are 20s. or 30s.
