Easy to understand job. Good managers. Usually not micro-managed. Ability to move up.

Cons

Corporate can be pushy about meeting sales goals. Terrible customers, like most of these jobs. Very limited hours. Only the manager was allowed to work full time.

The job is really straightforward. You work as a cashier/merchandiser, which is not too stressful.

Cons

Working here is stressful, you receive shipments once a week and you need to restock every single day. Horrible. Would never recommend to anybody to work here.
