Decent pay, but honestly no real pros

Cons

HR sucks bad, for months the store ran with no AC. People got hurt and sick all the time from incidents that could have been prevented had corporate actually set guidelines and standards in place.

Great coworkers. Cute store. Its a nice environment to be in with the aesthetics and how nice and chill everyone is.

Cons

Management is insane. They jeopardize your health and safety in dangerous situations just for a couple extra bucks. They scream and treat you like garbage. This is even coming from the higher ups in corporate that would visit our store.
