Pros

Met some great people, got to build a network of great contacts from all over the world. Area and ops managers always took the time to very thoroughly explain processes, policies and company updates to make sure people were clear.

Cons

Lots micromanagement, no trust, constant change of plans, poor communication between departments and everything is the store team's fault. Often being watched on cctv from their phones. Big Brother much?

-Cute product -associates are kind

-if you are "full time", you will rarely be scheduled full time hours. You are promised at least 30 and will get 15-25 most weeks. - over 10 cameras in the store recording video and audio that the higher-ups overseas can watch at any time to see if you're productive or not -company is so cheap that they forgot to pay the internet bill for my location one day, and no longer pays store phone bill -no formal training. All training PowerPoints are chinese translated to English, so it's hard to understand. -constantly under pressure to re-work the store every single day. Just moving things around to seem 'productive'
