- Cool products - Clean stores

Cons

- During your training period they don't train you and make you clean. - After your training (Cleaning) period they let you go without informing you. - They don't pay you for training (By law they have to) and ignore emails when following up. - Manager & Teamleader aswel as staff speak little English but fluent Chinese to one another. - They blame you for not doing things they didn't train you on. - Difficult to get in touch with HR/Head Office as they don't have a contact number and neither do the stores. - No staff benefits/discounts - Customers can't communicate with manager as they can't talk English.

they sell cute things, that’s literally it

Cons

very strict about how you can have your hair styled. can’t have any dyed hair, i don’t see the issue with that, dyed hair doesn’t effect your work ability or skills. can only have neutral nail colors or no nail polish. still don’t see how a pop of color can be deemed unacceptable in this workplace. for $15 an hr they sure do ask for a lot & make you stand almost a whole 8hr shift. no benefits, no employee discount, barely offer any paid time off for the amount of hours you work.

Co-workers - Fun atmosphere, enjoyable to be around

Cons

Management needs work. Too obsessed with perfection and not about their employees' well being including their mental health. Not much room for advancement. Company works you overtime due to lack of willingness of hiring more people because of "budget".
