Pros

Employees have worked there for many years and are usually very supportive of each other. Overall atmosphere is pleasant. They provide great health benefits and reasonable time off with pay. Environment is clean and they bring fresh fruit for the employees as an afternoon snack. The cafeteria is nice and reasonably priced. 401K is adequate.

Some of the managers assigned to oversee specific departments do not have the skills, background or even a slight understanding of what their subordinates are doing. Human Resources poorly managed and employees (despite the open door policy) are not supported. Managers discipline subordinates in front of peers and either via email or verbally in person. Management's lack of understanding of day-to-day employee duties and time it takes to accomplish tasks, makes them ill equipped to make decisions that streamline and automate work. Additionally their lack of understanding of standard business procedures results in poor choices. Managers take credit for the work performed by subordinates. There is also a pervasive culture of sexual discrimination by a handful of Managers. Lastly Senior Management show little respect for their subordinates by making
