      A company with hard-working employees but bad management

      Pros

      There are many smart, hard-working, and reliable people that are great to work with and make achievement with. Good training programs to newly graduated fresh employees.

      Cons

      Below average managers, poor creativity, not comply to international business norms, self-centered decision making; Big ego issues for many high-level managers;

      Pros

      There is a nice and friendly atmosphere. Local management is very supportive. There has been many interesting technical projects through the years.

      Cons

      The main disadvantage is that the R&D department will soon be closed. The atmosphere is therefore a bit depressing at the moment.
