Great autonomy and responsibilities from the very beginning. Possibility to travel across Europe and China for trainings and trade fairs.

Cons

Don't any carrer change, beyond the title of your job. A lot of talk with R&D and Marketing about local market and technical needs, but very poor feedbacks. "If it has an 80% market share in China, why doesn't it work in Europe? It must be because of Sales..." Local management very poor technically and in communications, but good in politics, promises, and excellent in making "their team" success as their own. On the other hand, every challenge or difficulty remains their fault and problem.

Great product, well built with some good employees

Cons

Management within the UK has major floors and no direction. GM has no man management or clue what is going on with staff. Weak/little middle management with some people in roles purely to be ‘Yes’ people. Don’t listen to colleagues or employees on a lower level
