You get heard! You can be impactful! There is ambiguity, but I think that is the opportunity! People are amazing, very supportive and helpful, feels like we are in it together!

Cons

Usual challenges of a company that is growing so quickly, infrastructure is building as the company grows, but then we get a chance to be part of shaping what it looks like!
