      Pros

      This company makes really great products and is a company in growth mode! The service and clinical team goes above and beyond for the Customers.

      Cons

      You need to be able to multi-task and are self motivated to work here. If you aren’t a hunter for sales and plan to farm, this is not the company for you.

      Most office based staff are very easy to work with

      Cons

      Management are hopeless. HR are pigs. They pick and choose which Grievance Procedures to follow up on. Ignore back to work procedures after talking long term sick. The business has lost all of their best staff this year and i would be shocked to see this place running in 12 months time if HQ continue to ignore the fact that good workers will not put up with the shocking lack of care HR have unless it is a grievance procedure where the villain is someone they have a personal vendetta against
