HQ changes KPIs often without any regard to regional realities. Managers are micromanaging everything, a lot of wasted time on endless meetings which in the end make absolutely no difference. Complete failure to adapt to European market, they just don’t understand that the Chinese business model doesn’t apply here. Snitching on your colleagues is a must if you want to advance. Endless pressure on targets and objectives. The main appraisal sounds like: “ Very well done, BUT…..” Product training is a joke, no real investment in customer service. And the list could go on and on…..

The management team are awful and only want to have people surrounding them that say yes. They will only hear what they want to hear, anything that needs dealing with that may be contentious will be ignored unless it is in thier interest to do so. Management has an agenda and will trample upon anyone to acheive that agenda looking after their friends in the process. HR are disgusting and anything but neutral to the point of being deceitful bullys despite so called bullying will not be tolerated policies they promote. The office is toxic with a blame culture, something goes wrong and an individual will be singled out to take the blame, only a team when things are going right. The company presents a glossy exterior of all is well, you will be valued, you will develop, we will support you etc. Once you are in and get under that wrapper nothing exists with it all being a lie to get you.
