This company PTO regulations is all backwards and needs to be reconstructed. It’s not ethical for them to control PTO for all sick days, leave and personal time off. (Which they combine). If a user request to take “unpaid time” that’s all it should be. It should be excused and not involved as going into the negative for PTO. I was deducted money because I only took 2 unpaid days and wasn’t paid the full last two weeks working with the company. I feel used and spit on. Don’t work here!
