Pros
Mindray has some really great people at their North American headquarters- but many departments are unorganized and some employees are not accountable for their responsibilities.
Cons
A very unorganized management with no structure to their training. Employees are expected to figure it out. Some employees responsible for training have no interest in training. New employees are at the mercy of whether you are given training that will equip you for success. My manager was a bully with unrealistic goals. I didn’t work with her for the first 7 months on the job. Truly unkind and not equipped to manage her staff effectively.
