The organization is set up through teams that are cohesive and cooperative. Coworkers and supervisors always help each other resulting in a healthy work environment. My supervisor has been a great leader and has taught me a lot.

Cons

I don't have any cons to point out. I do hope the organization keeps up the good work and efforts to continue helping the community and incentive's the staff.

Working from home is a plus. Working only week days allows me to have my weekends free and manage my time during the week.
